Here is the total number of homes sold in October 2009 for the Columbia Gorge Region: Hood River & Wasco Counties in Oregon, Klickitat & Skamania Counties in Washington.  These are the cities and towns reporting sales.  These sales are only LISTED sales not FSBO's or unlisted sales.  In October 2009 there were 62 homes sold gorge wide.   There were 47 homes sold gorge wide last month, September 2009.

Good News! Sales are up from last month in Skamania County. There were 10 residential home sales in Skamania County in October 2009 compared to 1 single home sale in Sept 2009.  Nearly half of the sales were Bank Owned Homes. This data reflects only properties that are listed on the RMLS. Sales of unlisted and FSBO properties are not included.
